Sounds like typical sport bike engine behaviour. Sport bikes typically like revs. Between the gearing and engine characteristics - low RPM will usually cause a bit of a chug effect. Wouldn't hurt to get it checked by the dealer, but I don't think there is anything unusual going on there. My bike likes so surge at ~3300rpm if I'm maintaining 60kph downhill in 3rd gear. 4th gear or 2nd gear are much better. Gets me out of the awkward chugging RPM range.

On the exhaust looks like spark plug inserted into the exhaust where you're belly pan would be on the right side. just follow the black lead from it up to the coupler under the tank and put the eliminator socket in th the coupler.. Then just plug the hole in the exhaust with damping plug.. Easy mod to do really just get the eliminator from eBay under oxygen lambada sensor o2 eliminator for gsr 750 gsx-s 750, it's plug and play installation..
